The hotel is insanely beautiful, with countless lovely details to admire endlessly. Breakfast on the terrace was magical, varied, and beautifully presented. The riad sits in the center of the Medina, there are signs, and the route can be found. The staff will bring your luggage to the hotel for tips, which is a relief since finding the way is hard the first time. We visited the hammam on the traditional Moroccan program and it was wonderful! The women were fantastic and managed to accommodate five of us, creating a Moroccan bachelorette vibe. The double room on the first floor and the single room on the second floor were a bit damp. The hotel staff are friendly, but it felt hard to locate someone and arrange things because they work in shifts. For instance, we arranged a hammam for five in the morning, but by evening nobody knew about it until we reminded them and found out if they could accommodate us. The issue was resolved, thanks to the staff. There was also an unpleasant situation with card payment, as the riad refused to accept it for some reason; the bank said there was no problem with the card. We asked to split the bill for three rooms separately to see if it was a price issue. The manager said they have high taxes for this and cannot split a single booking. In the end we insisted on paying by card, the manager split the amount into two, and the transaction went through, even though we paid for purchases higher than the hotel, and there were no problems. It might have been a coincidence, but it left a bad impression.
