I loved everything about our stay. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were wonderful, and the food was the most amazing. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at The Acorn Inn. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was simply delightful. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome immediately. Our room was fantastic, and we were thrilled to see how well they accommodate dogs. The selection of food and drinks was exceptional.

We were attending a local wedding and the location was perfect; the room stayed cool even in the very hot weather thanks to an effective fan, breakfast was tasty and well presented, and the staff were most helpful. Nothing else to note.

Beautiful, peaceful village. Lovely local walk around Melbury House. Welcoming. Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean. Room was quite small

Quiet location in pretty village. Friendly & helpful staff. Food in restaurant was superb & breakfast was well presented with some interesting options. Residents lounge was a lovely area. The room was very warm but a fan was provided. Bathroom was very compact with sink in the bedroom but it was imaginatively designed for a small space in an old building
