The apartment was charming, even had a dishwasher, and its location was perfect for city sightseeing; the owner was very helpful.

Perfect spot right in the middle of the city of Cagliari, a fresh flat with all the kitchen tools you might need, and an incredibly kind host who adapted to our late check‑in and gave loads of tips about restaurants, bars, boat tours, etc.

The place was clean and spacious, and the location was great—everything was close. Owner Claudia was helpful, but the kitchen needed a new pan that barely worked, there were no wine glasses (only small champagne glasses), the balcony mentioned in the listing was actually just windows with no seating, and the living room had very little natural light.

Great welcome! The apartment—neat and kept cool with AC—was in a beautiful historic building on a top spot in the maritime part of town, surrounded by typical southern narrow streets and restaurants like Svizzero, Antica Cagliari, Impasto, etc. Everything was within walking distance: the harbor, the station, and the oldest part of the city (worth a visit—nice terrace at Plazuela).
