“It was ok. Its seams like this property in Rocky Mount is going down. It use to be really good. Now it’s just ok.”

There were bugs in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond when I needed a handicap room, and I appreciated their spirit. I can’t think of any other complaints right now, only that the rain was unavoidable and the staff couldn’t control it.

Alicia at the front desk was amazing—so friendly and helpful that I feel lucky she works here. I also liked the location and the balcony, although the desk itself was broken and propped up by a chair, and the balcony door was hard to open and close.

The carpet was unclean and bugs were in the room, plus there was no ice.

The person who checked us in had the softest, most pleasant voice. The other staff were lazy.
