It’s my fifth visit. The location works, the room is comfortable, bell staff and doorman are lovely, restaurant crew are consistently good, but reception was disappointing. I was assigned Room 605 after midnight and the door wouldn’t open. The staff said a technician would arrive, but after 10 minutes no one came, so I had to go down again. They then moved me to Room 907, where the Wi‑Fi stopped working. After several calls it was finally reset.
