Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The apartment is nicely finished and fully equipped. The pillows are too high, making it impossible to sleep on them. The mattress is too soft, you can feel the bed frame underneath. Noise in the room due to a door leak can be heard every time someone comes to the apartment, even when I try to move quietly. The camera is inside; it should be outside before the apartment entrance. This is excessive surveillance.

Calm. The delay in the message that indicates the exact room was annoying.

The underwear, pillows, duvet, sheet, and towels were not fresh at all.

Nothing. Guests at the hotel break quiet hours, the room is dirty.
