The room was clean, there’s a small fridge, and it’s only 5 minutes to the metro stop. Thanks for letting me arrive a few hours early for free.

The staff were great – I asked to leave my luggage before check‑in and they allowed a 2‑hour early check‑in. The room and bathroom were spotless, the AC worked well, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The metro station was close. The location was a bit out of the city center, but the nearby metro station fixed that. In the room I found a few surprises: the shower headset broke into pieces under water pressure, and a light bulb was burnt out. The staff responded perfectly – they offered a repair even though the issue was reported late.

“Překvapivě příjemné ubytování”

The room was in a good location, basically in the center. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry smelled nice. On a morning arrival you can leave your luggage at reception and pick it up in the afternoon. The noise level was higher, a tram runs close by and makes a clatter, although the closed windows dampen it somewhat.

The information on how to access the property was punctual, and the welcome in the room included water and biscuits. I can’t give a full review because I only stayed 4 hours.
