The hotel’s location was convenient—everything was close by. The mattresses were terrible; I don’t know how they are in other rooms, but ours were so soft that I couldn’t sleep.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and varied, and the location was excellent in the heart of Olsztyn, a few minutes’ walk from its main attractions. The hotel has great connections to the Main and Western Stations, a large room, and comfortable beds. The hotel’s atmosphere is pleasant in an elegant, slightly “retro” style. Unfortunately, the shower drain was a bit clogged—three minutes of showering was enough to fill the basin. Right next to the hotel a new building is under construction, so before 8:00 a.m. persistent noise from drills and other equipment outside the window woke us up. This might slightly spoil the rest‑relaxation comfort, especially if someone is on vacation and doesn’t plan to get up too early.

“Viešnage Olštyne ir Viežbutyje Wilenski likome patenkinti”

Viežbutis tikrai neblogas, Olštyno miesto centre, gera lokacija, šalia uikus miesto poilsio parkas Personalas- šaunuoliai jauni darbuotojai, komunikabilūs, geranoriški. Santūriai buvo pasiūlytos turimos puikios viežbučio turimo SPA procedūros ir restorano svetingumas. Galėtų būti kiek gausesnis pusryčių pasirinkimas
