The location is close to the promenade. Check‑in was hassle‑free with a PIN, otherwise the apartment was pretty sweet. The major downside was the parking. The room wasn’t really clean; there was an old disposable razor in the bathroom, and we wanted to use the bathtub, but it had skin flakes floating in it. That was a real shame, especially since it had already taken a long time for the water to settle.

The property is welcoming and clean, located 100 m on foot from the waterfront. On the street you can park in paid blue lines.

The location is great for reaching the beach, the room was very stylish and clean, perfect for a short stay, and the jacuzzi was clean and working. The owner was helpful.

Cleanliness and location were definitely a plus. We were lucky to get parking, though it was on blue lines. Everything else was perfect, just the hallway light sensor needs fixing because it turns on too late.
