It’s close to Susukino. The nighttime noise echoes, and the owner comes across as a bit unfriendly.

The owner is very good.

There’s nothing particularly noteworthy. The stairs are narrow, the layout feels cramped, and it’s a bit cluttered.

My son stayed there; he described it like a dormitory. We didn’t check the check‑in time beforehand, which caused some inconvenience, but the staff handled it pleasantly and without any unpleasantness.

I’m within walking distance from Susukino and the staff let me park my motorcycle in the garage, which was cheap. They also offered free towel rentals for the shower and the early check‑in time was a real help. The building feels a bit old and the toilet on the second floor leaked. The laundry and dryer cost 300 yen for 30 minutes, a little pricey, and the clothes didn’t dry well.
