Air-conditioned rooms have private balconies, TVs, and safes. Xcaret Eco Park is 15 minutes away, and Cancun International Airport is 45 minutes away. Limited parking available.

The facilities are well maintained and spacious, with attentive and helpful staff. Everything else was fine.

The spot is perfect for anyone spending the whole day out sightseeing; it’s just four blocks from the ADO station and three blocks from 5th Avenue, so I’d definitely recommend it, plus the Wi‑Fi works well. It would have been nice to find at least one bottle of water provided.
