The area was nice, and I liked the old wooden house design, but if you have a problem with creaky floors, I wouldn’t recommend it. Most of the staff were super friendly and smiling. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but we chose it, so it wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to bring our motorcycles closer to the entrance, so we had to move everything from a parking spot a bit farther away. It wasn’t a huge issue, but after a whole day of driving it was tiring. Also, one of the staff members clearly had a bad day, was rude, and complained under her breath about someone arriving. But that didn’t change the fact that we had a good time in Sadyba.

The views are wonderful, you can sit on the terrace and in the courtyard. The kettle and water are freely available on the first floor. The sound insulation is weak, so you can hear both yourself and your neighbors.

I booked one room, but after arrival we were offered a different one that was noticeably worse. The room’s soundproofing was terrible—almost everything happening nearby could be heard. The beds and mattresses were uncomfortable. Opening the windows at night was impossible because of a strong smell and smoke from the wood boiler. The cleanliness was also disappointing: the shared microwave was dirty, and in my room the sheets hadn’t even been changed from the previous guests. For the price we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness, so the experience was deeply negative.

The atmosphere was wonderful and the mountain view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool, and everything was clean. The bathroom lacked a shelf or hook for towels, and the floor creaked loudly whenever someone walked down the corridor.
