A camper almost directly on the Pacific, far from tourist towns, well equipped, great. The campsite sits on private land and can only be reached via an unpaved road, which you should keep in mind. Most importantly: shop before you drive— even the nearest supermarket is far away.

It has a quirky, remote vibe. The location is right by the rocky beach with lovely views. Nothing else. The facilities are basic and rustic – but that’s what we like.

The location was remote, making it very calm and relaxing. It’s an amazing spot just a few steps from the sea, giving great sunrise and sunset views. The camper we stayed in had everything and more that we needed, such a cosy stay! The hosts were incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We wish we could’ve stayed longer; we loved every minute. The only downside is that a 4x4 is recommended because of the bumpy gravel road to the property; we had a Toyota Corolla, so we had to drive very slowly and the ride was bumpy. All worth it when you reach the property though!

The location is unbeatable, with the beach right outside the tent door. All the cooking essentials were there, including coffee grounds. The showers were noticeably better than I expected, with pleasantly warm water and solid pressure. For a glamping stay, that's all you can hope for. The beds were very cozy, and there were plenty of blankets so you wouldn't feel the cold. A small wood stove added a lovely ambiance. We spotted several bears sipping coffee on the beach, making it a genuinely perfect Canadian experience. Washing dishes is a bit cumbersome because the sink is tiny, but that’s unavoidable due to the bear‑proof bin.
