The capsule beds were very cute.

The bed was clean, the shower was clean. The front door lock was broken, so no code was needed and anyone could get in. I found that very unpleasant and there was no staff to fix it right away.

It was clean enough and the shower was nice and hot. I had to call one of the numbers and the person who answered the phone was helpful. 1. The place seemed deserted on arrival, no lights, so that didn't give me great confidence that it was open at all. It also looked a bit shabby from the outside. 2. The handle and lock on the outside door had been removed! Therefore the place was open to all comers. I am a solo traveller and having no way to shut the door made me very nervous. I was assured by the person who answered my call that it was safe. Perhaps and thankfully nothing happened. I'm not an easily scared person but I still didn't sleep very well and couldn't wait to leave this morning. 3. The bedlinen: the bottom sheet didnt seem long or wide enough for the mattress. so I couldn't tuck it under the mattress and it bunched up during the night. There was a strange cushion cover that I didn't quite understand the purpose of. It didn't match the size of the pillow. I had to take a duvet cover from another bed. 4. The kitchen: reasonably well appointed although I couldn't find a colander. Folk had left perishable food (jars of pesto sauce and tomato sauce, cartons of juice, bread etc) that had perished. All of it was open when left in the cupboards so should have been thrown away immediately by staff. I threw some of the stuff away although I didn't clear the jar or carton in the fridge. I left at 6.30am this morning so was a bit in a hurry and it's not my job really. Please change the sponges. that blue thing looked disgusting
