The location was fine, but the room was filthy: the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was urine and pubic hair on the floor, it stank, and we couldn’t locate any staff to help; the cleaning product bottles were empty, and with tours booked we had no time to chase anyone, so we were eager to leave.

Non available. The instructions posted me were that access was only available from the rear The rear had no signage where it was I asked 5 separate people before I finally found the location There was a number of black gates of different hostels

The place sits in a central spot and the room stayed quiet, and the host team handled our issue well. The door access card was missing from the lock box, but we managed to call the host and within ten minutes an apologetic cleaner arrived with a card. The building also lacks clear signage.

Room was as expected, bed was comfortable. Room 54 right at top of stairs on 1st floor & right near lift so very noisy. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. Very very dirty and smelt of urine. Needs a deep clean

The location is convenient, but the room was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The entrance comes from a different street, forcing a long detour, and there is no staff on site to speak to, making communication difficult.
