The place was solid overall, especially when you consider the R$147 per night. The spot is well‑located and the host is polite and attentive, which really lifts the experience. However, the R$100 cleaning fee felt a bit steep since I always left the room tidy. Also, the kitchenette isn’t great for frying or even small cooking tasks – there's only a tiny stove inside and a shared outdoor grill. It was fine with just my family, but it could get tight during busier times.

The area is very quiet, and during my stay all the units were booked, so it felt like we were the only ones. The staff were polite, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The space was clean and tidy. We had a sunny weekend, which was great. The only downside? It was just a three‑day beach trip – a bit short.
