The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was the only bright spot. Unfortunately the housekeeping left a lot to be desired – we found insects in the bathtub and on the floor, and hair started spilling out of the tub. On top of that the food was downright awful, so the whole experience felt like a let‑down.

Everything was spotless and the vibe of the place was nice; the rooms felt fresh and the staff were consistently courteous. I didn’t run into any issues at all, so it was a smooth, pleasant stay.
