The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it provided easy access to the highway and other places we wanted to visit.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was great, with no issues.
The location was good, the room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately the pool was under construction and the AC was too loud.

The spot is great, but a lot of parts were still under construction and some were shabby, plus the pool was out of order. Still, the room itself was clean and comfortable.
The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff were very accommodating. We had no power when we arrived, but it was fixed promptly and was outside their control.
“Not a happy camper”
Breakfast was included! The City of Burnsville had notices on doors saying those rooms were uninhabitable, and other rooms had a piece of paper covering these notices—just on the 4th floor, 7 or 8 rooms were like this! When I raised this issue and asked for answers at the front desk, the staff claimed they were waiting for pull‑out couches to be delivered before they could open the rooms. I didn’t believe him! I asked to be moved to another room because we were right across the hall from rooms like this, and he refused! Hampton Inn does not live up to the 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee at this location! It’s way overpriced for such a run‑down hotel.
