Laura, the host, was very friendly; the room was tastefully decorated with a maritime flair, we enjoyed a crisp croissant at breakfast and a cappuccino at the attached beach bistro, the roof terrace was lovely, and the place is perfectly situated close to the Canale Grande, with bicycles available for rent.

The room is spacious, thoughtfully decorated and very clean, and I especially liked the large bathroom. The location is great, with a nearby underground parking and walking distance to the city centre or the beach. It’s also awesome that you can borrow bikes, a fantastic service! The breakfast service with coffee/tea and a croissant is another highlight, thanks for that! What really turns the place into a home‑away‑from‑home is Laura and her family – from the pre‑arrival communication, the perfectly arranged check‑in, to the personal touch, you feel immediately welcome and well taken care of.
