The owner Abay is super nice, speaks excellent English, and helped me solve every problem and answer all my questions. The guesthouse staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and has everything I needed—very comfortable. The guesthouse offers free pick‑up, which is convenient, and can also rent motorbikes, provide taxi service, private tours, and more—just ask, and Abay is always ready to help. Since my bus was a night bus, the staff let me stay at the front desk and gave me water and a toilet to use, making me feel at home. When their driver sent me to the bus station, he came back and double‑checked to make sure I got on the correct bus—that was really sweet. The water for the slower is a bit cold, maybe I don’t know how to use it.

“perfect”

A perfect hotel—tidy, clean, and easy to access. The staff are very kind and always willing to help. I personally had a tour with the owner's father, who was a really nice guy. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phongsawan.

“I have wanted to go to Plain of Jars for 20 years, so happy to achieve this.”

I got picked up from the airport and the Plain of Jars tour was set up through the guesthouse—everything ran smoothly and the breakfast was excellent. Nobody at the guesthouse was lacking; everyone was top‑class.

Nice, clean spot to stay in this area! The owner reached out right after booking, which felt very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner helped us plan the rest of the trip. The walk to the city is a bit dark; it’s only five minutes on foot, but a motorbike or car might feel safer.

“The perfect guide.”

Souk, our guide, could not have been more helpful in showing us around the plain of jars and spoon village. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us the local restauran5s, even waiting whilst we ate before taking us to the hotel. He helped arrange our return travel to Luang Prabang and checked regularly that we had everything we needed. The room was large and very comfortable and the breakfast provided was huge, I couldn't finish mine even though it was delicious. They provided a packed breakfast on the day we left as we were leaving early. There are great sunrise views from the upper balcony. Nothing
