The staff and breakfast were amazing and super tasty. José was a delight, and I was lucky to have a receptionist who spoke Spanish, which is great for those looking for a Spanish‑speaking hotel. Sabri also showed a lot of patience when my card didn’t work and I had to restart my phone. The staff are a 10/10, no doubt. The room is wonderful and the views are sublime. The peace of staying in a residential neighbourhood was incredible; I slept very well and rested a lot.
The only downside was a woman at breakfast who wore high‑heeled boots that made a lot of noise walking. At 8:30 am I wanted to eat quietly without annoying clacking, but as a worker she was constantly moving back and forth. In Spanish hospitality, no one wears heels to avoid disturbing guests. It was very unpleasant, the only flaw; everything else was perfect. The location to the metro is a bit remote, about 700 m, and after a concert at night I was walking alone. The neighbourhood is safe, but if you’re going to a concert, choose a hotel closer to Merkur Spiel Arena or the metro.
