A pleasant weekend, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. I find it a shame that in a hotel of this quality a shower head doesn’t stay in place and falls on you when the water is turned on.

The location was excellent, breakfast included, and the staff were very kind.

The room was bright, with two windows facing different directions, modern furnishings, a comfortable bed with a firm mattress, and everything was very clean; the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Unfortunately, the shower lacked a half door, so water splashed onto the floor, and some of the window curtains were torn. We stayed on the 4th floor without an elevator – luggage assistance had been offered, but we managed on our own.

The central location in Nancy was convenient. The curtains were loose, the breakfast lacked cheese or meat and was not edible in the tiny room. The description mentioned a nearby parking, but it was not disclosed that it cost 17 € per night!?!
