“Tudo agradavel e tranquilo, como esperava que fosse.”
The place was sensational, everything was tasty and pleasant. The only downside was that the TV wasn’t smart, so I couldn’t listen to my heavy metal, haha.

The location was great and the receptionist was very dedicated and proactive, but the rooms were too close together; at 00:00 we couldn't sleep because the room next door was messy, with people singing and talking loudly, so I had to complain to reception.

The experience was good, but I felt a soap was missing and the coffee could be a bit better; still, I’d definitely come back.

Everything was perfect.

The night‑shift receptionist was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk just to pick up my car key so I could maneuver it, and I also wanted to hand the room key to my sister, who had her stuff in the room. He warned that she might lose the key, but his tone was harsh and disrespectful. Because of that, I didn’t feel safe leaving the room key with a stranger who was being so hostile. I left feeling uneasy and worried until my sister arrived and I learned everything was fine. I understand the hotel may have rules about keys and security, but those can be explained with courtesy and respect. As a woman, situations like this naturally make one more apprehensive, especially given the reality of violence against women and femicide. I hope management reviews this type of service. Security matters, but it must be delivered in a respectful and calm manner. The lack of communication among the staff, the night‑shift receptionist’s attitude, and the room conditions were disappointing. When we entered the room and lay on the double bed, one foot of the bed fell. When we lifted the bed to see what happened, we found the underside was quite dirty, giving us a very bad impression of the room’s cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, we had the issue of no information about a third person, and at checkout there was an unpleasant encounter with the night‑shift receptionist who was rude for not allowing me to leave the room key with my sister, who would stay in town with her belongings in the room. These situations could have been avoided with better communication, proper room upkeep, and more courteous service.
