Overall everything was great. The hotel was tidy and clean, and the location was good. On the day of my arrival, an elderly man worked at the reception—he was very courteous, friendly, and ready to help. The only point to keep in mind: if you need to get from the hotel to the airport, plan the route in advance. Calling a taxi in this area was practically impossible. The only available option I found was to walk to the train station and then continue the journey from there. So I had to leave about three hours before my flight to avoid risking a delay. Otherwise, the impressions of the hotel were very good: clean, tidy, comfortable, and the staff left a pleasant impression.
I want to sincerely thank Pietro from the hotel staff for his incredible help and dedication. After checking out, I realized I had left my personal belongings in the room, including a travel sash of immense sentimental value that I have used to visit about one hundred countries worldwide. Pietro personally took care of finding the lost item and arranging a secure shipment to my address. Such guest care and top‑tier professionalism deserve the highest recognition. The stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the staff proved to be exceptional. I recommend this place with all my heart. The location on Mon Falcone square and the proximity to Trieste airport were great. The reception staff were friendly. The excessive carpeting in the hallways was a drawback.
