“Will never stay in this dump again.”
Nothing positive at all. We couldn’t check in until after 5 PM, and there were no towels. The desk staff couldn’t compensate us for the delay. The building felt old, dark, dingy, and dirty, and the smell of cigarette smoke hit you as soon as you walked in. The front desk directed us the wrong way to our 2nd‑floor room in the wrong wing, and there was no elevator. We had to move our cars and carry our suitcases upstairs, then exit the building to get a cooler, only to find the door we exited locked from the inside with no key. We had to walk to the other end of the wing to gain entrance. Only one electrical outlet was available by the beds, so I unplugged the lamp to power my CPAP machine. One bed had only a flat sheet on top of the comforter, not underneath, so I had to throw the dirty comforter on the floor and use my own blanket. The floors sagged as you walked across the tile and onto the carpet, and there was no transition from the carpet to the sharp edge of the entry tile floor, making it easy to cut your foot. Cleaning rags were left in the room, and the floor still had leftover pretzels, so the room hadn’t been vacuumed. There was no in‑room coffee pot. We were charged $172.84 for this dump on a Saturday night, even though it’s a $29.99 a night facility. STAY AWAY.
