The location is very strategic, close to many points of interest and the main roads of the city. The equipment and furniture are very old, and our shower was in poor condition.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before; everything was clean and the breakfast had varieties. I liked the free coffee machine at the reception, which saved me time and money. The hotel hasn’t changed in the last ten years and needs renovations, especially in the bathroom area; the bed sheets and towels are very old and feel uncomfortable to use.

The air conditioning worked, but the room had tears in the wallpaper, only one set of outlets tucked in a corner, so I had to move the kettle and lamp to plug in the tea maker, the shower water at 10:30 was lukewarm, and the biggest letdown was that the listing promised a restaurant and room service, yet after booking a non‑refundable room I received a WhatsApp from the hotel saying there was no restaurant or room service.
