The rooms were large and spacious, with comfy beds, but the air‑con never dropped below 22 °C during the day even when set to 16.
“A Haven of Peace”
The hotel provided a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind in a peaceful environment. The staff maintained a calm and respectful demeanor, contributing to the overall tranquility of the stay. This serene ambiance made the hotel an ideal choice for those seeking a quiet retreat.
“A Disappointing Experience at a Hotel with Inflexible Policies”
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including a billing issue and limited access to amenities. The hotel's distance from local facilities and its inflexibility with check-in times only added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
“素晴らしい。”
All the equipment was available. No issues.
“Unprofessional Service Led to Unwanted Charges”
The guest's experience was marred by a lack of professionalism from the hotel staff, resulting in an unexpected charge for two nights after changing their reservation dates.
