“Best location”

I loved the location—easy to find, easy entrance, and it’s so close to the waterfront, shops, cafés, restaurants, and a beautiful park across the street. The room was great with a comfy bed, excellent air‑con, and a nice little balcony. Definitely recommend this place.

Publicité mensongère, ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est presque un Airbnb, il n’y a pas de restaurant, il n’y a personne à la réception, la personne qu’on a par message nous demande de lui envoyer la carte d’identité en photo, ne le faites pas il va vous arnaquer le pommeau douche ne marche pas internet ne marche pas toute la nuit on a entendu des voisins au-dessus avec leur chien aboyer et 2 jours après ils nous ont envoyé un message comme qu’on avait pris une bouteille dans le mini bar qu’ils allaient nous charger heureusement qu’on l’a pas envoyé notre carte bleue faites très attention.

“Very bad, don't book”

Unfortunately we couldn’t check‑in because the key code was wrong, we called the supplier but they didn’t answer any messages or calls, and we were stuck there until midnight because no other hotels were available at the last minute; we had to book another hotel at a very high price. The next day we contacted them again, but their attitude was so bad 👎. I’ve never had such a bad experience and they can’t help us solve it, which makes me feel very disappointed and I’ll stop booking until it’s resolved.
