Hotel and breakfast were fine, with no particular issues.

The jacuzzi and beds are very comfortable, but they didn’t inform me that drinks left in the room were not complimentary, unlike some other hotels that offer free drinks. I also wasted time at breakfast because the information was poor and they didn’t acknowledge anything; the experience wasn’t very good. The hotel is pretty but nothing more.

The staff are friendly, yet it’s clear that 80% or more of them are Brazilians in Chile and they don’t speak our language! The best malls and events are far away, so you have to take a taxi for everything.
