The room itself was fine, but I was surprised to find no private bathroom even though the listing said there would be one.

Staff were really friendly, the rooms and bathroom spotless, and breakfast was surprisingly tasty. It also made a solid launching point for the nearby hiking trails.

I stayed here for a night while on a motorcycle trip and the room was roomy enough with a comfy double and a single bed; the TV was English‑language, towels were provided, and the bathroom was clean with basic toiletries. A shared fridge sat in the hallway, which I didn’t need, and the host kindly offered a spot behind the house to park my bike. The dinner menu had just two options (goulash or breaded cheese) and both were tasty and cheap, making the €33.50 price feel like a solid deal.
