Overall, the property was really good and clean. My kids enjoyed the swimming area a lot

The spot is great and the water park is a highlight, but I got bitten by several bugs, the hotel overcharged my card and hasn't fixed it yet, the microwave was broken, and the bathroom fan didn’t work.

The trip was our grandson’s big birthday adventure, and having the waterpark available every day after our other activities made the whole experience special for him. Nothing else to add.
