The lakeside location gives a nice view, and the staff were kind. Renting bikes at the counter was very easy, and there were plenty of beauty products and pleasant shared bathrooms. The futons were a bit thin and synthetic, and the meals were low‑quality and insufficient; the sushi especially needed more wasabi on the fish. The room next door had loud, animated conversation from Korean tourists until 1:30 am, and they showed no respect, so I had to tap the wall to get any peace.

The front‑desk staff who handled my check‑in were friendly, polite and had a good sense of humor. The room offered a great view from the window, although the day I arrived was overcast and rainy. The main dish for dinner felt a bit plain, while the rice bowl was tasty and well seasoned; overall the food didn’t match the price paid, so I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

Overall, the stay was excellent, starting with reliable shuttle service, a stunning view from the room and the lobby, and finishing with a good dinner and breakfast.
