“It was very nice, but slightly incompetent at the price point”

I liked the location, staff, and kids' club at this hotel, but there were some major letdowns. The food gets really repetitive and boring after a few days, especially at lunch. And when we tried to use the hotel's transfer service, we ended up getting our cars towed and damaged in a storm because of some miscommunication. It was a real hassle, and I wish they'd worked out the kinks before sending us on our way.

“Stunning property and wonderful staff”

This hotel has a wonderful location, beautiful facilities, and amazing staff - our host Sarra was especially fantastic. But, I was really disappointed to see plastic trash floating in the sea and oil washed up on shore from a recent spill. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's definitely something to be aware of if you're planning to stay here. That being said, the staff made our stay so enjoyable that I'm not sure we'll know how to go back to a "normal" hotel!

“A complete disappointment - overpriced, intrusive, and absolutely not the private gateway it claims”

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay at this hotel, but it ended up being a total disaster. The villas aren't private at all - I had a worker trimming palm trees above my pool, and the villa next door had a terrace that overlooked my private area. When I complained, the staff just brushed me off. The anniversary package was basically just a card on the bed, and the massage therapy was subpar.

I had an amazing time here - the staff and cats were such a highlight, and the whole atmosphere was super peaceful and calm.
