There are many Ayurveda resorts and wellness centers in Kerala, but what I experienced at AYZ Resort was something very different and very personal to me. ❤️ “Atithi Devo Bhava” — अतिथि देवो भवः (अतिथी देवासमान असतो) Treat your guest like God. We hear these words so often in Indian culture, but here I actually felt them. I came there for treatment, but very soon I stopped feeling like a guest or a customer. I felt at home. The warmth, care and personal attention I received from everyone made the whole experience so special that I honestly did not want to check out. Even when it came to money, the trust they showed me touched me deeply. They trusted me completely, and I paid the remaining amount only after I reached the US. That kind of trust and relationship is something you don’t experience everywhere. And Aai — you supported me so much and took care of diet and health. You are simply amazing, keep your blessings on me always. ❤️ For me, this was not just an Ayurveda treatment or a resort stay. I went there for healing, but I came back with beautiful people in my life. That is my real meaning of Atithi Devo Bhava. 🙏❤️

The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with everything I needed, and the food was delicious. The location was calm and beautiful, making it perfect for a restful, relaxing stay.

The property sits beside a river in a peaceful setting outside Kochi, a lovely place to unwind, practice yoga, or enjoy Ayurveda massages. The owners went out of their way to ensure guests felt comfortable, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The meals were exceptionally tasty and fresh, and I’ll miss them. I highly recommend it for a few days of relaxation—a true oasis of calm in otherwise noisy India. Everything was fine.
