The fireplace surprised me and I really liked it; the TV and internet were excellent. The young lady who checked me in was extremely friendly yet professional, accommodating every request without hesitation—thanks to her. I do wish the gatehouse door were automatic and that wheelchair access were improved.

The location is good, but the game room equipment is outdated and broken, so the hotel needs a serious update.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The front desk staff took a while to locate my reservation, which was frustrating, but they were trying to accommodate me with a different room. However, I was not pleased with the room itself, which was very cold and only had one blanket.

My stay was a balance of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and the front desk staff were wonderful when I checked in. However, I noticed some maintenance issues, such as a faulty shower diverter, a ticking noise from the maintenance closet that kept me awake, and a stovetop that wasn't cleaned properly. Additionally, I had to purchase a Duraflame log from the front desk to use the fireplace.
