Excellent location and great price.
I stayed at a practical, comfortable place with a private parking lot, a well-equipped shared kitchen, and a kind, flexible host.
The host was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, the equipment was good, and the location was great—both the city center and the bus station are just a few minutes away.

It’s in a good spot, the city centre is easily reachable. Parking on the courtyard works. The room is spacious. The bed could be more comfortable. There’s only a shared fridge.
The spot is very central, easy to find, and the landlord is very friendly and speaks German :-) The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning plus mosquito nets on the windows are a big plus! However, if you’re sensitive to noise, you can hear other guests in their rooms and in the common area/kitchen; the other two rooms during my stay were considerate and earplugs solved the rest easily :-) There isn’t much the landlord can do about it. There’s also some street noise (primary schools, some traffic + people parking outside) but the windows are very good, so closing them solves that.
