The lobby was fine, but the room was freezing, heating was broken, they delivered an electric heater at 23:00 but it takes over an hour to warm the room; they ended up swapping you to another room or the cleaning wasn’t finished; there’s mess in the toilets, the carpets are disgusting and stained, all for 250 € a night!

“Good for disneyland”

The place is well situated for Disneyland and much cheaper than the park hotels; the buffet dinner and breakfast were good (though a bit chaotic) and all staff were friendly; the connecting family rooms were very spacious, great for a large family, but it was chaotic—having free games facilities would be nice, though that might be unrealistic.

“Una ottima scelta”

The location is very convenient for Disneyland, with frequent and quick shuttle service; the hotel is nice and very suitable for children and teens, featuring a pool and a beautiful garden with outdoor play areas, making it an excellent choice, though the food was not great, though still better than what we found inside Disneyland.

Getting to Disneyland is convenient, even walking takes only 30 minutes; however, without an elevator you can’t reach the room, and with only two lifts there were wait times after breakfast; the healthy cereal selection was missing at breakfast, room service was inconsistent, the room wasn’t vacuumed all week, the bathroom was only roughly cleaned, storage areas were dusty, towels were plentiful, but the wardrobe was limited and some items were thrown out or left on the floor due to lack of space.
