We had an event at the hotel, so it was convenient. Checking in and out was straightforward, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. The room service was pricey, and we wanted to rent a new release movie but none were available.

The front desk clerk was terrible. I couldn’t use my Hilton Honors points for the room, the TV remote was awful and hard to use, and the Chop House was noisy, making conversation difficult.
