B&B Novecento Italiano

“Relax e confort del soggiorno e l’ottima cucina Pugliese hanno reso speciale questo week end.”

A truly perfect stay! We spent a delightful weekend in Altamura at this stunning property that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, bright, meticulously detailed, and welcoming, furnished tastefully with brand‑new furniture. The bathroom was also large and modern, adding to the comfort. The location is great—just a short walk from the historic center yet outside the ZTL, a real bonus for those driving in. A special shout‑out to Saverio, our host, who welcomed us with great kindness and availability; his warmth and attention made us feel instantly at home. The place blends comfort, elegance, and hospitality flawlessly. We were absolutely delighted and recommend it without hesitation. We’ll definitely return with pleasure.

“Vielen Dank an Saverio, den tollen Gastgeber!”

The host took excellent care of me: when Google Maps didn’t show the correct route, Saverio met me on foot, escorted me to the accommodation, and even offered me his parking spot. The ground‑floor room was spacious (the bathroom was huge), clean, and the mattress was very comfortable, and I was within walking distance of the old town. Excellent value for money. The only downside was the travel/parking situation, as some streets are extremely narrow.

“Super Apartment, ideal für ein Besuch in der Region.”

The landlord was very friendly, giving many tips about sights, restaurants, and cafés. He was present during check‑in, asked the next day if everything was fine and whether towels or trash needed to be emptied. Everything was very clean and cozy, and we felt very comfortable.

The location is ideal for exploring Altamura and Matera. Even though it’s close to the old town, it was quiet enough for uninterrupted sleep. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and had two balconies. It was large, stylishly furnished, very clean, the bathroom was spacious with plenty of room, and everything worked perfectly. Saverino is very friendly and helpful and gave us excellent tips for Altamura. We gladly recommend the accommodation.

“Solide Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage.”

Walking from the hotel takes only a few minutes to the picturesque Altamura old town, which is great for exploring. The three nights I stayed were comfortably furnished and met all my needs. However, the prime spot right on the edge of the old town means finding a parking spot can be a bit of a hassle.
