Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by their inflexibility. They took my booking despite my mention of a late check-in due to my parents' delayed train, but ultimately denied me entry at the last moment, leaving me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the poor behavior of the reception staff, who seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. The room was also not as clean as I would have liked, and the noise from the staff was a major issue. To make matters worse, the reception closed very early, and there were no good restaurants nearby. The only redeeming feature was one staff member who was friendly and helpful.
