The hotel is very nice! It takes 10 minutes to reach the Opera neighborhood, but the street itself is quiet. The staff were great, and they made self‑check‑in easy. Breakfast was nice and coffee, tea, and water were available 24/7.

The staff were kind and always available. Everything was well organized, clean, and full service. The price was great for Zurich and the location was excellent. The room faced the street and was very noisy, with trams passing all the time. It felt like living at a train station. Better windows would have helped.

The room was large and bright, very quiet. Breakfast was abundant. Fresh fruit was missing from the buffet, but that’s a high‑level critique!
