“Great for short stays”
The in‑room decor was lovely, but it felt chilly, and the main road was busy with traffic.

The towel was kept for 3 days with no fresh towel; the kebab food was still in the bucket after 3 days; the shower was poor; no clean‑up for 3 days left me disappointed; there was no toilet roll, so I had to pick one downstairs; the toilet needed a roll. But the hotel itself was nice.

Service from check‑in to check‑out was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was lovely, and the code for door entry let you come and go without disturbing anyone. All was spot on.

Very happy with my stay. Nothing

The room had been reasonably recently renovated and was in reasonable condition. The breakfast was possibly the worst thing I've ever been asked to eat, and their refusal to serve pork in Wales was atrocious. I couldn't eat the breakfast because it was cooked so badly, and the young girl serving it clearly didn't want to be there, making the whole ordeal even more uncomfortable.
