We arrived at 5 pm for check‑in, but nobody was there; after an hour we left, the doors were open, and a young woman passed by but couldn’t help us—she only asked if we wanted pizza. Only in the morning did someone notice we were missing because we didn’t come for breakfast. Luckily we found a better place in Millingen, a lovely accommodation, but we’re very disappointed.
