The location was very convenient, and even though it was in an industrial area, I felt very safe walking my dogs out at night by myself. The upkeep was very good and parking was great.

The location was convenient to several restaurants, and I got a good tip to a nearby Mexican restaurant that was very good. Breakfast was good, pretty standard fare but tasty and filling. My room was very convenient to both the front and back doors, tastefully furnished, functional, and comfortable. I had to ask the desk clerk to get my TV to work (turns out something had gotten unplugged), but after that it worked fine.

The location is convenient, the beds were comfortable, and there were enough outlets for phones. The fridge, table, and chairs met all our needs, and the ice machine and vending machines were handy for drinks. The AC was noisy, and there weren’t many scrambled eggs at breakfast, but everything else was great.

When I arrived, I reported that the microwave was dirty and stained with tomato sauce, a towel was yellow and filthy, there was no coffee available, and by 7:30 am the yogurt and coffee were gone, peanut butter was missing, and the ice machine had no ice. The breakfast tables were dirty and the products were inaccessible by 8:45 am. The receptionist blocked my room card at 9:45 am for a 10 am checkout, so I had to return to the front desk for the receptionist to unlock the door. Because I had to make two trips to move my luggage, she wouldn’t unlock my card and told me to leave the door open until I reached the car, which made me feel unsafe. A large lamp table fell to the floor, risking injury. I will never return to this hotel or any hotel of this category.

I love the eggs, coffee, and sugar‑free yogurt. The stairs are a pain; there’s no elevator, so you have to carry everything up.
