The room was nice, the décor of the restaurant was good, but you could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms on the sides, and even when someone walked by, it was right on the city’s edge.

This hotel is great if traveling with your pet! They even offer bowls and a pet bed if you need them! We’ve stayed here twice with our dog and it’s been great both times! Friendly staff, room service and comfortable beds. The AC unit wouldn’t adjust properly, and a complimentary breakfast would be a great addition!

I would have given the first night a 100, but on the second night I didn’t sleep at all. The room on one side had a party, I reported it five times that night—at 9 pm, 9:30, 10, 10:30, and 11 pm—and nothing was done. The excess noise from that room and the hotel’s failure to resolve it, even after confirming the noise was excessive, were unacceptable. The next morning they started making noise with the TV at full volume at 5:45 am, which I also reported. I spoke with management, who said they had tried but no one answered the door, and they couldn’t compensate me because I had the room pre‑paid with Booking, so only Booking could compensate for that night.
