It was quiet and the room temperature was just right; when I tried to make a call from the room three times using extension 0, a staff member finally answered.
“Beautiful view but not practical location or use of facility”
The view of the city and mountains. You had to pay to get into swimming pool and the sunbed cost $1,000 - 3,000/ day to rent
I ordered raw beef bibimbap at the club restaurant and found a hair in it, then later discovered green residue on my skin after the bath, which turned out to be leftover bath salts – the hygiene standards were terrible.
The location is fantastic, very green and beautiful, especially at night with stunning views of the TV tower and city from the windows. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is served in sets mostly featuring Korean dishes, which makes it hard to feed a child.
“Great hotel great food great view (cherry blossoms)”
Everything was fine. The pool in the room should probably be enclosed with glass so the pool temperature can be raised without overheating the room; I wouldn’t want to use these rooms in the summer.
