“Disappointing but thankful we had a room for the night close to Dabolim airport”
We were really looking forward to a great stay, but things got off to a rocky start. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, when we arrived, we were told they didn't have our booking, despite having a confirmation. After showing them our booking details, they offered us a room, but it was a far cry from the pictures - it was basic, unclean, and had a musty smell.
“Charges extra money”
We arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, already running late, and were told to wait for an hour before getting our room. To make matters worse, the staff had the nerve to charge us extra for the delay. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable.
“❤️❤️❤️❤️”
We were blown away by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff here. They were super helpful and went out of their way to support us, which was really appreciated. The property itself is nice, with a great atmosphere, but it's the staff that make it truly special.
The hotel's check-in process was a nightmare. They asked for an extra 700 rupees, which was a huge shock, especially at 11 pm. I was told that if I didn't pay, there would be no room available. Needless to say, I didn't end up staying here.
I was really looking forward to checking in, but the hotel had no room available. The staff's unprofessional attitude made the whole experience even more frustrating.
