The breakfast was very good and nicely presented, yet everything was electronic and the blinds would occasionally lift on their own.

The room was spacious, clean, and offered good value for the bath facilities, but the mattress felt a bit firm.

The room was very new, practical, and clean, with nothing else to note.

The rooms were very beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant, and we had a great night; the hotel has free parking and is close to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it an excellent spot to explore Gruyères and the surrounding area.
