I want to thank the entire team for their outstanding service— the girls were extremely polite, attentive, and warm. The communication was so good that sometimes words weren’t even needed; everything was handled with great care. The breakfast was made with such attention and affection, and the lodge was impeccably clean. You can see the care in every detail to give guests a pleasant experience. Kudos to the whole team for their work! It was a wonderful experience that left a great impression. ❤️ I also have a constructive note: every day the girls would tidy the room, but I noticed they only did so if I had made the bed; if I hadn’t, they didn’t organize it. Pay attention to the bread, because on Wednesday I found a corn roll that was stuck, but as soon as I told the maid she removed it immediately. On my last day, in the morning I left a bag of trash, a dirty plate from the night before, and a bottle without water in the room. When I returned around 13:00, the trash hadn’t been taken out, the dish was still there, and the water hadn’t been refilled. I understand there might be a specific procedure for this, but I think there could be a bin in an outdoor area or in the yard, since we don’t have access to a pantry, we have nowhere to take dirty dishes or discard trash. It’s just a suggestion to improve the guest experience further, because overall I was very satisfied with the lodge, especially with the girls’ (Yasmin, Letícia, the night porter) education and attention, the lovingly prepared breakfast, and the cleanliness of the place.
