I was disappointed with the hotel; it didn't live up to its name at all. Everything felt lower quality, from the sofa to the bathroom, kitchen, and shower, and there was no hot water.

I didn't receive the accommodations I had booked and paid for; I had reserved two rooms but only one was handed over to me.

The hotel's excellent location and breakfast were major highlights, but the cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations. While the bed linens were of good quality, the room's overall tidiness was lacking, with dust and dirt accumulating between furniture and under the bed. The shower could also be improved.
